Very pretty! We NEED more "V" videos anyways LOL! I have been thinking of this idea. I am not the person to do it but maybe you guys can. It is of a rock trade group we can all sign up to trade rocks together all over the world would be awesome. You know something along the lines of equal or agreed on deal/trade and each pays their own shipping, anyways just throwing that out there. As always love the videos!

The video ended as you were putting them on, but with a bit of imagination, I can picture that they would suit you well. Jeff I just got my order from AZRockhound Expeditions and I have to say it was better than Christmas! The Blue Agate Nodules are super awesome! That mystery box is just jaw dropping! I am glad that you finally showed enough of the vehicle you were standing by because I thought you had been shrunk! LOL.

@@SRLGemstone if you’re asking if one of the ones I picked up were pyrite then no. They were mica schist. I don’t think anything I had already in the truck had any pyrite in the hem. Definitely had some nice stuff in the mystery box. I will have to do a dedicated video cutting that Ky material I self collected. It can be very pretty. Thanks for watching.

Never have seen yellow interior of stones. Wasn't aware Kentucky had agates/jaspers. Is it possible that since the western portion of Kentucky connects to the Mississippi River, that some Lake Superior Agates make their way to Kentucky? Many years ago, probably latter 1960's, there was an article I read in the Lapidary Journal that mentioned Lake Superior Agates traveling down the Mississippi River to states below. Just a thought looking at the agate with yellow interior and banding similar to LSA's.

@@joane.landers9151 yeah those Kentucky agates are only found in 5-6 counties east of i75 from about Richmond and east and a little south. Yes I have heard of lsa’s being found all the way down to Louisiana. But mostly you find Crowley ridge agates. Which still are very pretty agates. I found some of those myself in Mississippi. Thanks for watching and if you want to see the variety in Kentucky agates watch a couple other of my videos where I show more. They are awesome. I show a wide variety of agates and other materials too.

@@JnVrockhounding Thank you. As I have time, I'll be watching your other videos. Over many years, I've traveled throughout the U.S. & eastern Canada, picking up stones along the way. Since the latter 1970's, I've been a member of several rock, gem & mineral clubs in Connecticut; still a member of 3. Through them plus reading lapidary/rockhounding magazines, visiting natural history museums with excellent mineral/gem displays, I've learned a lot but looking at an '8-penny nail', my knowledge fits on the 'point' while many of my friends are on the 'head', as an anology. Not able to get out to hunt any longer, so enjoy looking @ YT videos like yours.

@@joane.landers9151 oh I am right there with ya on the point. I just started watching videos a yr and a half ago and actually rockhounding a little after that. So I am still a noob. What I have learned is from watching tons of content on KZbin, fb, tictok, instagram and watching a lot of sales groups. I have learned a lot about different materials from the sales groups. I have bought so much! Lol. I wish there was a gem and mineral club close to me but sadly not. Plus I am never home when the ones that are within a couple of hours from me are doing meetings. There’s no interesting rocks in my county so not really anyone into rocks by me. I don’t know if you will learn anything from any of my content but at least you can see a wide variety of pretty rocks. Lol

@@OperocksLiz oh there’s a train you can ride down to an old shut down coal mine that they turn down into an exhibit too. They do seasonal themes like polar express during the winter. Plus look on fb for Cumberland falls and yahoo falls and princess falls, just to name a couple of our spots. McCreary tourism on fb too.

If not I would love to meet y'all and show you some awesome geods and coral, plus some tree roots that can be found in that creek along with fossil shells.
