I wish to get to that level, but for 2025 I want to read 25 books, which is more than double this year's goal, but I think I can do it. After it's gonna be an extra book each quarter until I get to ten, then ten a month for a year and then increase every quarter again. At least that's my plan.

Thank you so much 🥰 so I read OUABH before Caraval and now I’m 2 books into Caraval I would definitely say it doesn’t make that much of a difference reading OUABH first, you just have a more clear understanding of the fates but I actually really liked that as it made it more fun watching the character figure it all out?

I love fall tbrs. I don't know what it is but fall reading just hits differently. I loooved ninth house but you would really need to push through the first 100-150 pages as it's super confusing in the beginning. Also would love to hear your thoughts on foxglove and a map of the otherlands as I have only read the first books in these serieses. Plus huuuge recommendation to read the last tale of the flower bride if you liked belladonna.

Foxglove was in my 24 hour readathon which is on my channel, and I’m filming “finishing fantasy series” at the moment and that will have wisteria and I’ll put map of the otherlands in as well 🥰🥰

Little Women is one of my favourite books, and I'm sorry you didn't love it as much as you hoped! I completely get your points but I feel like the reason they get married is because they are victims of the times it was set and societal standards and (something I don't like about the book) is the author wants to make everything a lesson in morals and links that closely to family and love. But again, it is a book of its time, and is semi-autobiographical, which is perhaps why we don't end up with the progressive, independent characters we hoped for!

Yes I definitely agree!! I think sometimes as a modern reader we can forget that it wasn’t a viable path for the characters to have the journey we want them too! I did really like how the film worked with this though and thought it was a clever modern adaption!
