this is so brilliant! i love how you summed up the story of the misunderstood, sorrowful, rejected, and lonely middle child who genuinely thought he was doing the right thing for his loved ones. he even resorted to cruelty and suffered alone, with no support from his family-who he hurt in the process of lashing out-to reach out. david oakes truly played him to perfection.
