@@MotorsRC my pinon is 22 with 84 spur gear but mine doesn't sound like yours if you got a ig or twitter if you could help me out i think my setting is off on my esc

Probably stock 80t spur and I think 20 pinion. It was my first drift car and hadn't been on track yet. So it definitely got changed. Please check out my new video 2years later nearly with same electronics Thanks

14 Boost 32 Turbo Stock can timing

In this video I cant remember but nothing crazy, I have recently uploaded a new video of my new chassis using this combo and in that video I'm on stock can timing with 14boost and 32turbo. I've had this hobbywing combo for 16 months and it's amazing with the Bluetooth programmer.

Its mainly coming from the spur gear cover, I've had 2 different covers and they make different noises. Some of the cnc edges at 80,000rpm + act like turbines and almost whistle imo 👍🏻

I had the XR10 combo in my old tt02 type Sr it used to rip wish I still had it! Love the XD10 combo though would definitely recommend with the bluetooth box 👍🏻

I didnt think it would work aswell as it did 👍🏻 although I only lasted 2 laps max! So that helped everyone else out alot by not having me bouncing wall to wall 🤣

I am not sure on the settings but it was probably less than 30° because i had only just finished installing.

@@MotorsRC I’m currently using 20 degrees of boost and 30 degrees of turbo on all of my hobbywing’s escs.

In this video I can't remember sorry 🤣 now that ive had it a few months it's on around 18° boost and 12°turbo with a pinion and spur change aswell 👍🏻

@Jay Cheeseman In this video I can't remember sorry, but I use anywhere between 16-21 pinion and 80-90 spur depending on track or other small things. 👍🏻

Ul19 was running 4s in the video 👍🏻

I haven't actually looked at the data section yet when using the OTA so can't comment, but now that you have asked me I will be checking later on will get back to you with info 👍🏻

I've been over 85,000rpm according to my data log, this video was about 70k

So far I've only done some testing on the bench, but loving it so far. I can't wait to get to my local track!!

My Kraton has the speed pinion included in the box not sure how many Teeth it is, but no overheat problems and I've been using it for over 6months bashing and speed runs 👍🏼 and I'm not sure about Typhon pinion it's my friends buggy. Thanks.

@@MotorsRC thanks bro I have got the Typhon V4 6s runnings with the 20T pinion, and 4s lipo and I was worried about overheat the motor and ESC 😬

doug boswell this is fresh out the box and only has a go pro fitted, it does tend to nose dive slightly when off throttle or slow corner speed

How is gopro attached?

Just using the standard sticky pads so far so good 👍🏼
