Hello sir! Is there any way you can give me the engineering part number off of that left tow hook cover? I’d appreciate it if you could sir! Thanks for your time

Just ordered mine,, Hopefully you remembered to reconnect your speaker. Thanks for doing the video..
@RMBBuilt16 күн бұрын
Yes, I did on this one, however my 2022 F350 I did forget to plug that speaker back in and noticed the audio sounded a bit different and thought that must’ve been it and it was. I use the @bulletpointmountingsolutions on all my trucks. Great advice for a first timer tho.

I just had a Truck Rental company erroneously imply I might have damaged the rear bumper on their Super Duty truck while I had it . The visible damage looks like someone took a large ax and wacked the bumper to cause a shallow narrow dent in it. I had a trailer attached to the truck the whole time so there is no way I did that. Anyway, I've been worried about what replacement cost would be since I'd rather not use my insurance if they do come after me for the bumper replacement . So, I've been wondering how long it takes to replace one of these bumpers . Oh my god, hell, apparently it would be one hour max shop time total given how fast you removed it . ( and BTW I am seeing about $700 for the bumper new ? ) Thanks for posting this video. I now have the ammo I need to make the point to them it should not cost very much to replace
@RMBBuilt16 күн бұрын
The rear bumper is very easy to remove disassemble then reassemble and install back onto the vehicle. And my truck was a lariat ultimate which has a lot more of the sensors and electronics going on with the rear bumper so if your rental truck was an XL trim, there would be no sensors and hardly any electrical. Hopefully this helps you out.

Would like to know how you reattached the plastic?
@RMBBuilt16 күн бұрын
I always use JB Weld Plastic Bonder. It’s their high strength structural adhesive and dries in 15 minutes. Works awesome. Thanks for watching.

What did you use to plastic weld the numbers back on?

Thanks for the video. I just got an F350 Lariat and I'm looking for this type of mount. I had a similar type mount from Rago Fabricating in my Tundra. Rago had 2 USB ports built in to their mount it was very convenient for cameras or charging a phone. Do you think its tall enough to put a bulkhead usb port in it?
@RMBBuilt7 ай бұрын
I think it is. I can measure the gap in one I have not mounted yet. What’s year mount? 2020-2022 or 2023+ F350?

The Bulletpoint rig is 2 1/8” in the rear and 2 3/4” in the front. Sounds like it would fit your port. The 2023+ are slightly less deep than that fyi. Let me know if you have any more questions

Thanks buddy. Your video made quick work of it. Adding that 4 orange clip inserts fall out of the two outer grill taper snaps. Two each near the headlights. Need to re-insert them into the grill before re-assembly. They fall out when you pull the grill off.
