M14 Jammed frequently due to the mud, and humidity. So when in a firefight where soldiers would crawl around, the gun would fail in action after a maneuver produce muck on it.

Ok the melee attack not being a quick knife death and instead was just a stupid weapon bash is dumb to have in the game, unless they have a knife hidden somewhere you can find and use at some point, but frankly what Vietnam era soldier _didnt have a knife_ ?? NONE, they all had knives. In fact they probably had 2 knives, one for bayonet, the other strapped.

Hi Matt! This is Dan, the creator of The Violets of Amicus™. Thank you so much for giving our demo a try! Our intention with Castle Town is for the player to get familiar with it, since it is an important part of the game. We want players to struggle (in a good way) a little to remember where shops, places, etc. are at. With that said, we could do a little better job of communicating where to go next. There is a Fortune Teller in town that can help point where to go as well. Because you mentioned being interested in the combat system (which begins outside of Castle Town), I'll give you a hint in that we need to head out the west gate. Give a guy a push and you should be on your way. The demo is packed full of content -- it's a 4 - 6 hr demo. Hopefully being stuck in Castle Town doesn't detour you from the rest of the demo! You should be able to load progress back up!

If I'm recalling correctly from several other dino games, for that first "boss fight" avoid the head (either 0 damage done or extremely high protection there), always wait for the charge(it literally scream at you when charging, just run sideways, wait for him to pass and hit the body). also indication of damage was the trail of blood on his body. and for the third "boss fight" is probably a chase fight, maybe the idea on the waterfall was using it either to hide or rush back for more spears. still not my cup of tea, lt looks more of a terror dino game from 2004.

Looks like a game I would play with something on the background, just to press some buttons, shoot some zombies. Or with friends, might be funnier with friends
