This is definitely on my bucket list. Hoping to do a Mother’s Day trip with my 22 year old daughter out this way. Also, are there any good places nearby to find malachite, azurite, etc being as there is a copper mine across the highway from here?

Is this in Sevier or Washington county? There are two towns historically named Central in Utah
@dreamlookautodetailingauto33532 ай бұрын
There is actually only one called Central legally in Washington County. The one in Sevier County is called "Central Valley" since 2005.

Hi, thanks for your video. Is it possible to get there with a 28 ft RV? When not,can we park anywhere to walk the rest way? Thanks Kati

Hello! The road up is dirt but had just been graded when we went. Generally a pretty easy drive unless it’s wet. The parking area at the top is not super large, and I have never seen anyone with that big of a trailer up there.

Thank you for your videos. I am local to elko (Beowawe) and struggle to find nice spots in elko/spring creek to hound. I recently checked out the area off of bullion rd (top of hill and side facing the reservoir). Not sure if you are aware but the bulk of findings where agatized coral……. The bigger pieces show it better…. But that’s why your seeing the awesome patterns…

The only restrictions I know of are how much you can collect in a given year.

@rockworkfrogs yeah that's correct. I don't think there's a limit on how much you can sell, just how much you can collect per day and per year.

It is off of Bullion Rd. Follow the road until you get up into the juniper trees. There will be a large open area that intersects with another road. You can park and hunt from there.
