This feels a little bit overpriced, but people saying $500K haven't looked at houses in awhile or aren't familiar with prices in Moore. This house might not have been have been $500K 5-7 years ago.

Riverdale is an upscale neighborhood near May and 134th. Very beautiful. Live just a couple of blocks from there. This particular home makes other surroundings home less appealing.

Is it still on the market? Something you may want to look into would be certain features of the kitchen area. It sure seems to be set up as a Kosher kitchen. Two sinks, two refrigerators, two ovens, two pantries, etc… Best action would be to speak with the Rabbi of the nearest synagogue.

The only nice thing in that house was the wagon you were dragging across it. Other than that, it looks like a clown designed and furnished the place. They wasted money on expensive materials, but the craftsmanship was lacking. Now they're just trying to recoup whatever they can get back. The curb looks like a law firm, and the whole house screams style over substance. Side note, I really like your wagon. Next time I'm in town, I'd like to ride it.

It’s too much of one thing and not enough of the other. I can’t believe someone would build or buy a house like that and have 2001 Rooms To Go furniture. It needs to be staged and properly furnished with Art to show well….. That or totally empty.

I agree, the price is really coming from the out of state materials and architects. If you are looking for a more modern home, you can definitely find some a lot cheaper

You showcase some beautiful properties but unfortunately the market needs new affordable housing because there is none. Especially for your generation. You need to find a contractor who could or would be interested in building a great house for a great price for starting off families or singles first house. It’s not about size but quality and layout. That’s going to be the next wave of housing…. It’s needed. Housing prices won’t ever come down back like before.
