This 2 million dollar $$$ property you have like 5 separate homes of living space this is like a honeymoon you buy because 5 families of your relatives would live there on the property with you this is what us California people call a generational family dwelling place wow no joke this is what it really is but the mansion itself is gorgeous because it has that mid evil structure and yet still fantasy type whimsical vibe 😊

It wasn’t supposed to say honeymoon it should have said multiple dwellings all you are missing is a pool and hot tub to go by your creek so your entire generation of your family would all live there 🤯

This is not upstate NY. This is Webster NY which is 8 hours from NYC. We're closer to Toronto

why is this so cheap? Sure it's a pastiche and not to my taste but there has been lots of money lavished here and surely 37 acres in upstate NY has more value than that? Can't see why more manhattanites wouldn't swap their tiny condo for something like this?

Multiple styles of architecture make this one special, no reasoning behind it makes it quite eclectic! I love this place. At least the entire place isn't painted white.
