George Cole was also great in the original Scrooge movie, that starred Alister Sim. George played the young Scrooge, Alister played the older Scrooge.

I think they should have used Mark Farmer more in Minder. He played a strong character.

As a Londoner most of my life, this was absolutely typical banter and attitude.. believe it or not all 3 main characters in this episode were typical .. You’d find aspects of these everywhere.. Dodgy characters but with a heart of gold in certain circumstances.
