My daughter who has autism lives in a group home in New York for special needs adults. My sister used to have full custody of her while she was in high school and now sees her twice a month and holidays. My daughter is 24.

I know a man who has multiple disabilities with epilepsy. He can’t move, can’t swallow, can’t talk and can’t see. His paren’t were told he would not reach teenagehood. He ´a 60 now ! And his life isn’t sad. He can smile and communicates happiness. He is loved and he is important.

Poor Grace is born brain damaged. These things happen. I honestly don’t wish this to happen to anyone. It is an upsetting thing to happen to people and is very sad. Perhaps I should feel sorry for Grace. It honestly does happen all over the world. That is the way it is. 😢😢😮
