I always hated spin drill with no hands, is their a point in not using the hands? I always preferred checking the arm, palm up elbow deep, grab the hip to help you around. I'm sure there's a reason, they've only been doing this shit 100 yrs lol.

nice lift do you prefer the football bar vs the swiss press multi grip bar? or do you rather think that log bar that has better multi grip handles allow the use of ROM
@threepointperformance3 жыл бұрын
Definitely prefer the swiss/multi grip bar. I normally have my athletes use either the close or medium grip and would really only program these for those with shoulder issues.

After completing a cycle, should immediately start with week 5 again and add a set before or after a deload?

Hello my VIP. My name is Mihretu Menamo.. I am a sport science professional. Now I am Mastering on athletics coaching (MSc). I am going to be graduated within 40 days.. I love Strength training and your devotion on the area.. Please let me ask you humbly... How many types of strength are there? I think there are so many. For example Max strength, Strength Endurance, Reactive strength,..... etc.. So when do we plan for them? How can I calculate the 1RM? How can I prescribe the volume, Intensity, recovery, set, reps and....?????
@abelbojorquez16605 жыл бұрын
After completing the phases, would I increase weight and keep sets and reps the same on the 2nd go around?
@threepointperformance5 жыл бұрын
Yes. That is one approach I’ve used a handful of times.

Can i do this system twice per week? As in push/pull/legs/push/pull/legs?
@threepointperformance6 жыл бұрын
Absolutely! However, I'd recommend using a fair split of compound movements and isolation work. If done twice per week, you'll have 8 exercises per area of focus. A good selection for lower body may look like: W1-4/ D1: squat, RDL, lunges / D2: hack squat, hamstring curl, step up W5-8/ D1: squat, RDL, lunges, leg press / D2: hack squat, hamstring curl, step up, good morning Just an example...
