I had it midi up to my MPC Live. You should try MPC expansion packs and output arcade, they have a lot of midi voices you can play around with and make them how you want. The easiest way is to sample someone, anyone you know and change the voice with effects how you want it until it sounds right.

What you need help syncing, if you have a MIDI board it will sync rite into the MPC, if you have a workstation or synthesizer, it’s a lot harder to sync because MPC won’t recognize it and your notes will be off

What midi board do you suggest I get

I have the Mod x6 and Mpc live gold edition

And a Mac book pro

@@whitneynash5758 yeah MPC is a trip, when I tried with my mofx6 and my modx6, it will sound like it syncs until you play it back, the notes stick when they play back...what I do is, I just connect the MODX6 to the MPC and sample what I want to play in there, just set the modx6 to the same tempo like you are making a beat, then play it back into the MPC like a sample, I also went and got a MPK249 it synced rite up with the MPC. Way easier, but if you want to use the Modx6 just to midi yeah it won’t work....I have not tried to sync them since last year but maybe with all the updates you can now, I’ll look into it and let you know or if you find out let me know to thanks 🦾🦾🦾🦾
