I have a similar pot to the one you have but a bit bigger. I cooked red kidney beans the other day I cooked them for 20 minutes but I could of cooked them for 15 minutes. Which I will do next time. Great cooking equipment save lots of time.

Use just two Cubes...if you add enough onions like 3 bulbs of onion you can use just one cube of Maggi. For oil, one milk tin- not too full is enough I hope this helps

Probably the nylon is to tight and the fire is too high… next time use one nylon and cook on medium heat

Could be the mixture was too thick, or you didn't add enough oil. Next time pls follow my procedure, hopefully it comes out better.

I have a pressure regulator as you do. I don't have an instruction manual. I have used other regulators but this one is different. Are you saying the regulator only lets off steam every 20 minutes? I am afraid.

Don't be afraid It depends on what you are cooking, minutes could differ. It let's off steam as soon as the pressure in the pot has reached its limit.

RE: The clotting on top: The clotting is used to make bean curd sticks/tofu skin sticks, which is treated as a meat substitute when dried. My family eats it in stir fry or as part of a salad.
