Way too many words in this joke ..the human brain is great at filling in gaps in language ..one tip of people that are being funny naturally ..use this fact and be abrupt ..less detail .Just the important parts and they will fill in the rest,be more engaged due to laying attention and thinking to fill those gaps and it will get better results ..especially in repetitive jokes ..give the roll through detail 1 time then say ..next day ,same guy rolls through again ..cop gives him a warning ..next day he does it again . Then the part where the cop pulls him out and ask him to slow down or stop after beating him .
