The problem is Queenie has done so much good as an enforcer, and all around a quality of life improve(r) for Cypress (CIA) that she has a lot of favor with at least 3/5 captains and most of the Dons as well. A lot harder to kill that person than a random smuck soldier of the 404 who's name you can't even remember

It is the same reason Clark got fined when he told Yaya to work less at Franks to make his crew more money, but not on the level of saying you aren't loyal to Cypress like Juni, David, and Jayden did.

i dont think she realized that those who dont reach out, are not really in the city. larry juniy and courtney got burned out and disappear for weeks, they just recently came back. those that are around does alot w the crew, jaden and david help speedy in the morning and ricky skipper and cj does alot w the night crew. everyone else are just associate and have no intention of joining cypress like jazzy rocco and hank.

0. On monday or so part of the 404 has their keys taken from a house they stashed some stuff from 404 warehouse. Marty's nowhere to be seen 0.5. Marty shares some kind of a plan with some of the remaining 404. CJ doesn't remember that plan at all. War with Besties starts (404 was the reason for it) 1. Clark and Quennie find out Rocco fired Robin as his lawyer and hired a guy that's usually a prosecutor for PD. CJ tells them to expect Rocco to know everything bought in members know, doesn't say anything about any plan 2. Clark and Quennie talk to CJ to get info on who could snitch to Alex and whoever else about smelters shootout. Clark goes to "bed" Quennie calls CJ and deescalates from kidnapping/torturing/killing Rocco to getting info on the bunch 3. Quennie as an enforcer, a position that was shown to her as P.O. of a captain if he's/she's not around tries to explain to Marty what Clark (another captain) and her learned while he wasn't around, gets shat on 4. Quennie says she's gonna distance herself from 404 and this situation from now on, as not being a proactive one, someone who'll try and look for possible problems for the whole Cypress, not only 404 When you really look at the whole situation step by step it's kinda wild. It went from 404 not sharing any information with Don's, other captains to Marty screaming on the phone in his paranoia thinking of only bad motives Quennie may have See how POV can change the story?

@@iCanHasRandomness nah go back and watch the convo he had with her. he told her to relax he had it handle at first but she kept pressing him for at least 3 mins. he did snap but not without reason. the other thing clark and queenie doesnt knwo is that rocco is neither cypress or 404, hes a friend doing them a favor. hes similar to cousin, if u press him, he can disappear for weeks.

Yes and no. She is an Enforcer not just for her crew but for Cypress. Meaning she has to take the lead if her Captain or a Don tells her to.
