Some more points: 1. oxygen given only if spo2 less than 90. 2. fibrinolysis is also done if new onset LBBB. 3. after atherosclerotic plaque rupture, after platelet aggregation, clotting cascade starts, so, anticoagualnts is given in ACS regardless of AF. 4. In acute ATTACK , if symptoms of heart failure, do not give beta blocker. 5. U can give fibrinolytic till 12 hour of new onset STEMI 6. lets say u r in primary center and u see a patient with STEMI and u think patient can take more than 2 hour to reach to nearby PCI center, then thromblyse at your center
