It's Deltatraveler, an indendant fangame by Violetbunny where Kris and Suzie go through the world of Undertale and other games, you can get it for free for both pc and android, I can't recommend it enough it's real fun

in chapter 2 if you do 4 snowgrave routes completely on the 5th run make sure to do it without items and instead of Noelle coming in to help you get Susie and Ralsei, this unlocks the portal in the castle but only when you go back to chapter 1 and have both Jevil and Spamtons items from sparing them. It's a lot but it was worth it as you can see!
