Why doesn't the machine spin fast and vigorously during the washing cycle when water is inside. How are clothes supposed to get cleaned with those slow rotations

How do those small rotations during washing cycle clean clothes and how come it only spins fast when the water is drained out

It says on my laptop “Protected content cant be viewed on this device”

What do I do, during washing process nothing happens, no spinning nothing. Only rinse mode works when removing water out of the drain pipe.
