Und in welcher Jahreszeit soll man sich denn in diesem Appartment aufhalten? Im Sommer stirbt man wegen des tiefen Daches vor Hitze und im Winterhalbjahr liegt ständig ein so dicker Wolkendeckel über dem See, dass du keine 20 Meter weit siehst...

Ganz normales Wohnhaus, wie es sie am ComerSee zu tausenden gibt. Im Sommer isses so heiß, dass man in diesen kleinen Häusern den ganzen Tag in der Nähe der Klimaanlage bleibt. Wenn es am ComerSee während der Hitzeperiode überhaupt erträglich ist, dann oben in den Bergen und dazu braucht man immer viel Geduld für die viele Fahrerei, wenn man mal Einkaufen fahren muss, in Lecco oder Erba.

Mancano i riscaldamenti,ho notato un camino piano terra e una stufa a legna al piano superiore,non so il freddo che fa d'inverno a Como,se basta,non riesco ad immaginare quanto possa costare una casa di questo genere, comunque devo dire che è carina
