Thank you; it depends on the program you will apply to. Generally, if you have an exam, you might have a competitive advantage, even if the program does not require it. For the master's program, a language proficiency letter is enough, but for undergraduate scholarships, I recommend you check the language requirements stated under each program. Good, luck!

Thank you kelemu. You have made such good explanation regarding hungary scholarship. There are confusions that can we apply with out nomination or not. But it is not clear about that question. You also touched that unclear issues. The focal person from MOE education didn't respond. Informally there are students secured this scholarship with out nomination.

@@muhammadfakhruddin395 Thank you Fakhr. There is no specific deadline for such issues, it is up to the university to define such issues. Some universities actually started it by now others are not. So better to check your email frequently. Invitation is just notification email for the actual interview. Good luck!

@@zerihunataro2738 sorry bro, for the late reply. Actually, having a supervisor is the key aspect of winning the scholarship. However, as there is a probability of having the opportunity, if u make everything ready, you can try and check things accordingly. Very few students got the opportunity without having a supervisor. Otherwise, my strong advice is keep your search of a supervisor in all of the universities and start doing a paper with them and be a successful candidate for the coming round. This approach is very much successful in having either of the opportunities with minimal competition. Good luck.
