Whops, a very late reply because didint fully readed your comment, sorry! Yes, i'm the same danylopez who made that avatar world with the spyro hub, but now, with the status of the player database combine with the type of avatars.. my work here was done and that world i had to un-publish it. Can't promise anything but if i feel like going back on making public avatars, i might re-brand my avatar world.

You must go to the Ridge Racer World then interact with the man you see by going foward past the cars and to the right, it will bring a big table and if you look to the right, you will see the portals, enable it and you should see the Daytona USA World.
