It's so funny that Stiv was dating himself by mentioning Mama Cass Elliot, I bet not one member of the audience ever heard of her. 😂 GREAT audio.

X is one of my favorite bands ever! I love how Billy Zoom combines rockabilly licks with punk in his guitar playing. I’ve always loved punk and rockabilly music and this is a perfect combination of the two.

"Our whole fucking life is a wreck!!" This is a great doc of the scene, but, specifically, as far as the actual bands go, X is so light years above the rest? All these bands want to be X. And none are. Except X.

“I just paid *$6* to see this band, sure they’re desperate” LOL 1980 was quite the time to be alive. I wasn’t so I have to settle for paying upwards of $35-$40 to see a club level show.

This is actually the take me to the top demo, you can tell by the fact that you hear the piano in the background and there’s backing vocals while neither mick or Nikki have microphones

More proof that the "live" version on Girls, Girls, Girls was a fake done in the studio. Vince could never sing live, at any point in his career.
