No nibbler or Drilled hole to cut into to stop tearing? Turn the zinc face up and hang over a bench edge then you won’t need to insert a piece of scrap wood. Why not use a wuko or other hand roller instead of just seaming pliers. Window head was strange, I know it’s a mock up but it’s a timber/ penny board substrate so it would normally be ventilated

I think there are some inaccuracies in this installation video. Only leaving 2mm at each joint is insufficient in my experience. Plus it doesn’t really show a real world installation. How on earth would you install the connector piece whilst trying to get the ridge cap into the clips on both sides if they have been installed on the exact marks? Pretty impossible. I like the system but this video is misleading.
