Are you part Vietnamese? Also tell your boyfriend stop complaining about the money they’re not trying to upsell you or make any money off of you. That’s not how they work or operate there. People come to Vietnam and they think in their brain that they’re gonna try an extra charge them which they don’t.

Question: Did you book the airbnb for the night you arrived since you technically arrived the nxt day, maybe 3 in the morning, what I mean is did you need to book for the previous day also? Please let me know as I will be visiting next month and I was wondering how to book for the night of arrival to morning.
@diana_gao
@diana_gao 5 ай бұрын
Hiii, yes you need to book for the previous night if u want to get access to the room. There are two options with Airbnb booking when u arrive at a new place early in the morning. 1. You booked the previous night so u can immediately check-in, leave your luggage in the room and take a nap. (always confirm with the Airbnb host if u want to check in at midnight) 2. Not booking the previous night, kill the time in a cafe shop, or tourist place untill the afternoon at 3:00 p.m. Then check-in. Hope this helps and have a nice upcoming trip!

Junior Suite room with seaview balcony plus pickup service was 7,600,000VND. The room cost 5,900,000VND, and the customized pick-up was 1,700,000VND. We booked it like 2 weeks ahead, maybe booking it earlier could be cheaper.

Welcome to Vietnam. Hopping you guys know more and enjoy everything about Vietnam such as Vietnamese history, culture, cuisine, etc. Some things might make foreigners annoyed actually as you complained to street vendors who are selling their foods through the speaker. But that is one of the Vietnamese cultural traits, without those things which are like we lose the beauty of culture. And when I heard your boyfriend say: no problem I really appreciate it, maybe he loves this thing. Love you guys video and I hope you will have a great time in Vietnam. Vietnam we loves you guys

Hi friend, be careful with your thought about the traffic light in Vietnam as you said in the clip. It may be right when you drive in Hanoi city. But when you drive in Danang city, a well-organized city, you may take crash, hence may get injured and even lost your life if you try to drive over the red light. Especially on streets full of trucks or buses.
@diana_gao

Agreed, there are some very nice and modern constructed roads in Da Nang! Cars drive very fast there so you want to follow the traffic rules like most local people strictly do!

The locals told me that the big temple was built for tourism. It wasn't there before 1975 and of course, the communists will never allow religions or religious sites unless they're for propaganda or monetary purposes. That's why everything looks new and clean there. Big tourist trap with little cultural significance.

Hey friend. You don't understand anything about Vietnamese people. 81% of the 100 millions Vietnamese people worship their ancestors, many gods and Buddhism. They have been very devoted to Buddhism since the 9th century. They have many thousand-year-old temples. There are more than 18,490 pagodas in Vietnam. Today Vietnam is a mixed country of Socialism and Capitalism.

We didn't go with all-inclusive. Usually, we prefer to have the freedom to explore the city by ourselves. As for expenses, Airbnb was 30 USD per night, and food/drinks were around 18 USD per day per person. 😊
