Mainoo has vision, ball carrying ability and a good reading of the game. A perfect 8. Modirc, Thiago kind of a player. Can even add Fabregas. He is in that class of players. Just need a DM and he can provide the balance. I just want him to have 50-60 passes per game. Let ugarte have more passes to kobbie, and then kobbie can pass forward or move forward.

People still dont understand the problem in man united, the team needs a balance, we need a DM that can have 85% and above pass accuracy per game when you have a creative midfielder like Bruno and press resistant player like Kobbie and Casemiro is not that player

The problem of man utd is very simple. 1. Casemiro: He has lost his pace, strength and agility, he is not a ball carrier and isn't press resistant....lack of both qualities makes him eager to release the ball under pressure and misses the pass. 2. Bruno Fernandes: Bruno Fernandes isn't a ball carrier and not press resistant...he gives the ball away under pressure because he can't hold it for his teammates to take positions. Both Casemiro and Bruno are responsible for united easy lost of possession. Ugarte will solve Casemiro problem because he's a ball carrier and press resistant but Bruno Fernandes problem still remains....Erik Ten Hag must find a suitable No10 to replace BF....all top trams have ball carrying and press resistant No10...jude for RM, Musiala for BM, Odegaard for Arsenal etc..who do united have ? Erratic Bruno Fernandes. Until united correct BF problem....no way in big games.

You see liverpool win 3-0 and you jump right into the bandwagon dragging you and your own club through the shit... Maybe its best you just fuck right off to City bud... With a mindset like that you are no better than half the United players at the beginning of last season where their heads just dropped after 20 minutes every game and capitulated... We need people that love the club rather than the short term glory they provided when you were hitting the pub post match...

U forget last season in the liverpool game 0:0 at Anfield Mainoo played defensive midfielder and not once did they go past him..same at Old Trafford 2:2 nd FA cup..point is looking at a one off or one error to define a player as "atrocious " defensively is unfair... all great players hav that one off but important is the consistency of the positive stats

Trying to start play from the back is too slow and isn't working. It is making our wingers and mid seem less of art coz it takes too long for the ball to move from keeper, wing backs, mid, wing, forward. We could do much better on a faster play. We are too focussed on making onana play and not just using his footwork for back up purposes.
