Same old milk toast preaching. Stop tap dancing, Keller. Show your god! If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god. If there is a god.

Bear Grylls is under the Anglican yoke tied to Rome like the late Bishop Tutu the Anglican false teacher who has caused South Africa to lose its moral compass and send it into chaos. It is a Torahless institution bound to the Harlot Church of Revelations.

"There's nothing he can't help us through" and then they say he cannot cause us to love and obey his Torah and then they reject his Torah and teach that he came to abolish the Torah claiming it is too hard. They follow a Torahless Jesus of the Catholic Church instead of the true savior and Son of Eloheem, Yahushua who preached " Mat 5:17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law [TORAH] or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to FULLY PREACH (Greek: pleroo) them. Mat 5:18 For truly, I say to you, until shamayim (pw heaven) and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law [TORAH]until all is accomplished. Mat 5:19 Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of shamayim (pw heaven), but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of shamayim. Mat 5:20 For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of shamayim (pw heaven).

Herman continued to call out to God in darkness and despair as did Job. Deep down they understood that God was their only hope even when they couldn’t sense his presence Knowing their own selfishness they also knew that believing and obeying God was their way to salvation There’s a want to be President who is the opposite. He espouses God and people believe it while deep down he doesn’t trust him at all so has decided his salvation is through power and lies and manipulation and mayhem.

Appreciate his perspective but don't agree with precept that Heman and Job Shouldn't have been praying this way. Of course they should! God loves honesty when we come to Him... and as you mentioned Jesus' cry and His suffering, their moans and cries were prophetic. Darkness WAS His only friend, and theirs. So appreciate you addressing this critical topic though, Mr Keller. Though you have now gone on to meet Him face to face

Thank you so much for taking the time to post videos like this to inspire, encourage, and motive believers to do the things Jesus did. It was such a blessing to listen to this today. :) I love the dialogue between Jesus and the leper. I did a little study, some time ago, on the word translated as "I am willing": thelo (θέλω). Jesus uses that same word in Matthew 9:13 where he says, "Go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice,’" quoting from Hosea 6:6. While the strength of the word thelo has a range, it is difficult to remove emotion from it completely, and at the strong end it can include not just want, but delight, which is what the Hebrew word (chaphets/חָפֵץ) in Hosea 6:6 means. Given the visceral description of Jesus' response to the leper's question in Mark's account, "Jesus was indignant" (Mark 1:41 NIV), I think it is absolutely warranted to say Jesus delighted in healing the sick! In fact, I think a valid translation of Marks description would be, "Jesus was gutted!" How tragic that anyone would doubt Jesus' willingness to heal. Healing was something he delighted in! Healing IS something he delights in!

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:17 *🏔️ The sermon contrasts the previous joyous worship with a challenging journey into a metaphorical valley, hinting at a difficult but ultimately hopeful message.* 00:31 *🌑 Psalm 88 is introduced as a guide for Christians during dark times, setting a somber tone for the sermon with a promise of deeper understanding ahead.* 01:10 *🕳️ The Psalm depicts intense suffering and abandonment, emphasizing themes of deep despair and loneliness in the speaker’s prayers.* 02:32 *📜 Despite their somber content, Psalms like Psalm 88 typically end with hope, but exceptions like Psalm 39 and 88 end bleakly, highlighting their uniqueness.* 03:57 *📚 Psalm 88 is used in the sermon to teach about enduring spiritual darkness, suggesting that such experiences can last a long time even for devout Christians.* 05:04 *🌧️ The discussion of outer and inner darkness explores the dual aspects of suffering, both in life circumstances and spiritual feeling.* 06:39 *🛑 A warning about unrealistic expectations; Christianity is presented as realistic, acknowledging prolonged suffering despite faithful devotion.* 07:31 *🛒 Christianity does not promise an escape from suffering, countering the misconception that faith shields one from all harm.* 10:05 *🕯️ Dark times are portrayed as the most potent periods for understanding God’s grace, with the Psalmist's raw, honest prayers serving as an example.* 16:02 *🏋️ Even improper prayers are valuable; they represent genuine interaction with God and a refusal to turn away from faith during trials.* 19:39 *🛡️ Enduring through dark times without visible reward is likened to the transformation into a person of greatness, highlighting the deep personal growth that can emerge from suffering.* 22:34 *🚀 Challenges in faith are depicted as opportunities to demonstrate true service to God, distinguishing genuine devotion from self-serving motives.* 23:55 *🛑 The psalmist's feelings of absolute despair are contrasted with the reality that his suffering was temporary and God was present, as shown by the impactful legacy he left.* 24:12 *🎼 Heman, identified as the author of Psalm 88, is highlighted as a significant biblical figure whose artistic contributions have had a lasting influence.* 25:04 *💎 The sermon illustrates how suffering can be transformative, likening it to the process that turns coal into a diamond, suggesting that trials shape great character and achievements.* 26:02 *🙏 Emphasized is the assurance that God is present in suffering, drawing a parallel to the themes of abandonment in Psalm 88 and Psalm 39 with Jesus' experience on the cross.* 26:38 *✝️ The ultimate sacrifice of Jesus is portrayed as the deepest darkness, meant to assure believers that their own feelings of abandonment are not absolute.* 27:50 *🕯️ The darkness Jesus endured is presented as a substitution for believers' deserved penalties, reinforcing the theme of redemption and presence even in the darkest times.* 28:47 *🌅 The sermon offers hope through resurrection, suggesting that eternal life through Christ is the ultimate answer to suffering and despair.* 29:17 *🌧️ The reality that even the faithful may experience profound darkness is acknowledged, aligning it with the human condition and the life of Jesus as examples of unmerited suffering.* Made with HARPA AI

I know I am a wee bit Raciest. It's something I need to work on. It's been a culture shock here in Atlantic Canada Because 26 years ago... We had No other ethic groups other then Whites. My Local University made apact with a Chinese school to exchange students and that was the first time I had seen large numbers of Foreign people in my Local area. All my school kids where white or greek. iIrish. English. I never saw the Brown race or Black race. Now as an adult. I feel uncomfortable around other ethic groups.. Does that make me a racist?? Or the fact I want my white culture to expand and start having millions of babies.

Admin, delete this comment if you wish. However, I can see no justification for the claim that “all those Christian are Jesus” (@17:10). I have heard of good reviews of the Alpha course but this terrifies me. Even if you would like to defend him and say this is a logical error, I fail to see how it is excusable for any preachers who hold a prominent position within the church.

This Paulian preacher totally forgot about the God the Father praying only to the god the son. Btw Jesus said to the people 21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’ - Matthew 7:21-23 Jesus going to tell these Paulians who call him as 'Lord' 'lord' are evil doers.

As a child I went to Church of Scotland and attended bible study ( this was the old fashioned Church of Scotland - not this new born again stuff) anyway my point is that as a child I got a far more in-depth biblical education than what is currently now being offered by this new watered down alpha course. I truly feel that the alpha course is some pseudo Christian bible study that glosses over many aspects of the bible while totally neglecting other aspects of the bible and is lacking the basic principles and understanding of Christianity. The fact as a child I got a better biblical education than what is now offered by these alpha courses should speak volumes about its poor content
