For me the gameplay loop is fun. Each character has 3 skills that go on cooldown, healing crystals and an ult, and they feel fluid. It is feels satisfying for me to use their combos and fight with each one of them. It is a nice combat system. For me the perfect SAO game would have customization and customizable partners like Fatal Bullet, a story like Intregral Factor in the Aincrad, and the combat loop, boss fights and dungeon structure of Fractured Daydream. Pergaps just make it a single big party instead of 5 parties for dungeons but aside from that it would be the perfect SAO game.

Does chapter 2 have more gameplay then chapter 1 im currently playing and im pretty close to finishing

Eugeo and Alice is my favourite ship of the series. I hate the Alice x Kirito Ship. Kirito has Asuna so in alternate scenarios like the games where Eugeo survives I always love seeing Alice and Eugeo together so my boy Eugeo gets the ending he deserved 😭

They refined what was good in Lycoris (combat and story) but lost the awesome exploration, customization, outfits, and large areas. I do like the metroidvania areas in this but it was a bit too restrictive. If they could have kept a few huge open areas and kept the clothing options it would've been a home run imo. The story was really a high point in this though, i cant understate how improved it is.

At least Fatal Bullet MC was mentioned. All I can do is hope that he makes an appearance down the road.
