The sandwich can get soggy if you keep it too long, so I'll eat it within 1-2 days. 1 day would be best. Thanks ::)

Try this soy dipping sauce recipe: Mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of water, ¼ teaspoon of vinegar, and ¼ teaspoon of sugar. You can double or triple the recipe if needed.

Korean buchu mandu ! So good ! In korean it's called dubu not tofu ! Korean glass noodles are called korean dangmyeon !
