I weighed 210 on July 4 and decided i really needed to lose weight. I didnt want to spend a lot of money on an expensive bike so i read good things about the Ozark Trail. I've since put 700+ miles and today i weighed in at 180.8. Nearly 30 lbs! I dont plan on stopping! Fun video again, love the way you narrate, thanks for sharing!

Amazing how versatile this $250 WM bike is. I took it on a bikepacking trip which wasn't probably designed for the terrain I rode in but nonetheless made it with 40lbs of gear and water. I was working on my first mini triathlon and discovered I had knee issues. I'm not an avid runner but I have ran 3 5k. I will stick to biking for my knees. Fun video, I'm also learning to be a better filmmaker. I look forward to the next one! Well done on your first CX!

Pretty impressive! Congratulations! I'm on a similar journey and it's incredible to see how much I inproved in just a couple of months. For me the secret is being consistent and run slow in a way that I can do the mileage and feel my body fresh afterwards. Your tip regarding the good equipment / pair of shoes is spot on. Having a great pair or even a rotation motivates you so much. My pairs today are the NB 1080 v13 for long runs and recoveries and the NB rebel V4 for fun / faster tempos. Congratulations! Great content !!

Well done mate. I started in January this year also and have gone from 105kg to 85kg and looking and feeling better than ever. Even some neighbours I never spoke a word to have noticed me out running and getting fitter and now I see them walking and running around the streets too. Running makes the skin glow and energy levels have never been better. Never fancied myself as a runner, thought i was going to die when doing X country in high school, but glad I persisted as it's now something I look forward to every day. Keep going and enjoy!!

Have you ever tried carrying 1 or two bikes in the garage area of the Ekko? I’m thinking of buying an Ekko if I can fit my MTB back there
@acamilopАй бұрын
You can fit two bikes in the garage easy. The bigger issue is storing your other stuff. I use a rack most of the time to haul my bikes.

Sears was as deceitful and corrupt as Tandy. Purchased a 128D on sears credit card when I was 16. I was running my own business, and ran a C-Net BBS off it. I purchased over $1100 in upgrades and within a year, the sid and clock chip died. Being I had a service contract for everything we purchased from Sears, sent my 128D in, and thank God I took Polaroid pictures of it and the serial numbers. Two and a half months later, and a lot of calls, I'm told to come pick up my system. Moment repair brought it out, I saw it wasn't my 128D, it was actually the first model 128D that couldn't be upgraded. Repair tried saying it was mine, when I showed him one of the Polaroids, which I wouldn't let him take from me. By the way, I used a Radio Shack micro tape recorder to record the whole event. Manager comes out and also tries saying it's mine, and I show him the picture with serial number, so he changes it to they have the option to swap out a defective unit, which I said if that's the case it has to be new, and include all upgrades I paid for. I also jotted down the serial number. After more arguing, got police there to take a report. Got home and called Commodore and the only thing they would tell me was the system they were trying to give me was registered to someone in Texas, and reported stolen, which they told my PD after I updated them. Sears credit only offered to credit me $320, saying that's the value and that they wernt responsible for the upgrades. I was paying off a $4300 Sears credit card, so immediately stopped. Took them to small claims and when they lied in court, played the recordings and gave copy of police report. The recordings were not allowed to be used to prove damages, but were allowed to be used to show Sears was lying. I won my case, and was supposed to be paid $1517 after the judgement was applied to card. Never got the $1517. Sears and Tandy gone. I won't miss them.

I bought my 1992 Legend LS sedan used on Memorial Day 1994 with 13k on the odometer. Looks just like mine did when I bought it. To top it off, mine was a 5 speed manual. I kept it until 1996 when I moved to NYC where it was no longer practical to own.

Nice video. I just got the exact same version of a 2015 P85D with 90.000 miles for $20K in Georgia. Best car I ever owned. SO MUCH FUN! I even like the interior design with the integrated portrait oriented screen better than the newer versions. And I upgraded to MCU2. I plan on driving this car for at least 5 years.

@@acamilop thanks, and let us know what issues you encounter, other than door handles. My AC, I assume it is a heat pump is very loud and due to the hot weather you really need that a lot. So I am a bit worried about that. Another odd thing is a certain rattling noise I hear when I accelerate hard from a very low speed, it is just 1-2 seconds but I am wondering whether that is something to worry about. I have seen a lot of people claiming the 85KWH was the least reliable and often broke but mine seems to be doing well in preserving range and I make an effort of mostly slow charging it and keeping it between 25% and 75%. Would be curious what you encounter. Cheers from Georgia
@acamilopАй бұрын
@@winstonwolfe2537my ac is very loud too. I ask the Tesla ranger when she was replacing a door handle. She said it’s an industrial pump that they got off the shelf at the time. I have had no issues with the ac. I had a noise from the front of the car under hard acceleration,I was told it was the half shafts. Tesla replaced them for $350. I have been charging to 90% on level 2.
