Yes, Lean applies to food production. In my work with caterers, some embrace the lean and the one flow practice as seen here - while other continue to resist with the old way the way we always have done it. Those that get on the "Lean Bus" are enjoying better Profts and processing and personal satisfaction. Thanks for sharing!

Curious what benefits you've experienced by gradually building everything out of the same system/material. Have you noticed more creativity as the team learns what's possible? Do you get more re-use from spare parts? Does it allow you to modify setups or reinvent them?

Greetings from Australia David. Liked your comment about it being a keeper. I feel the same about my '97 factory Challenge car which you supplied me with a lot of bits to fix the sticky problem they all have. Somebody said leaving the windows slightly down helps? Anyway it still looks fresh.

I totally agree with the shitty customer support, mine broke by itself just sitting there because they didn't put a switch to turn it off, they wanted to milk even more money by suggesting a support service in order to get a refurbished one "for free", since in their mind 700€ is "for free". Stay away from Formlabs, and I've been a user since the Form 1+, the money they charge are not worth the lack of reliability and quality of their printers. What a shame and disappointment.

Errors on the Form 3 are headscratchers for sure. Mine can't do Z Axis calibration, but won't give any measurements or data during the failure display. And I'm sure that doesn't help Support either. They told me they don't do Repairs anymore??

Dave thank you for imput of representing straightforward process of maintenance for such high end performance cars as this beautiful 12c . Out there i truly believe are some madmen that would do Diy care for these a bit older mclaren since they are as cheap and attainable as ever . Awesome video. One thing I would change is the title: Road milling. It is a bit technical for a lay-person, I myself have never heard that term in reference to roadwork nor seen it on signs anytime they would do road work in my state. The general term “roadwork” would suffice or Roadwork (milling) Even though being specific is important, you would want the most amount of relevant people to know. Reminds me of how Elon Musk banned employees from using acronym jargon at Tesla, since it stiffened communication between colleagues
