Thank you very much for uploading this. Was one of my favourite arcade games back when i was a teen. I could easily finish the park & mall with no damage taken but the office stage especially the bosses part is when i would take hits as the gun can be heavy after a while & it may look easy, the other boss with blades is actually quite fast & not easy to shoot down the blades

Not only that, bringing in an M2 Bradley (the Arcade version has 5 road wheels which the PlayStation 2 version corrected it with 6) and a RAH-66 Commanche (the Playstation 2 version gets more ridiculous with an Mi-24D Hind) which are American weapons (the Playstation 2 version has one of them replaced by a Russian one) instead of a Warrior IFV and AH1 (British version of the AH-64 Apache) leaves one wondering how to ship those to London to start the Garland Square occupation. Speaking of accents, Keith Martin who is also British (taken from official site) speaks English with American accents.

It’s your nice to be playing well. I was when in kid, just try on more focus on archiving in the 1 coin clear. This arcade s gun well feel shaking to shot a vibe get realities as in kid. Old so much miss of this game.

i wonder if the radio sounded narrator was deliberate or not. such a unique railgun shooter, mix of unique take w/ time crisis and usual on-rail like vcop and others the game has really smooth motion on enemies, shooting them makes them shake and flinch a little but still able to move resisting our attacks, you can see it more clear on blue enemy as some of part of body respond to your bullets. it's the smallest thing that made crisis zone, crisis zone the game has this chaotic nature as you shooting many of properties without worries; papers flying around, stuffs breaking apart, glasses shatter, etc. way ahead of its time also that classic vibrant colors and style made it like we are fighting funny square haired dudes and i love it no other games looks as smooth as this tho (even moreso in their era), which is a shame because ps2 chose to remake instead of somehow porting the game (with how it looks overall and prob tech itself, kind of makes sense but could have been better like time crisis 2). it felt stiffer for some reason, but still time appropiate which makes this game fits right in other ps2 libraries (haha) they also did different approach that is similar to vcop rebirth; more realistic(?) artstyle. they changed the color coded enemies with blandest looking soldiers ever and i barely able to tell their differences. it's not a bad remake since we have new content (hell it is pretty good) but holy moly it definitely stiffer and felt like legal distinct clone of the game, not by namco surprising that we have few people who record and upload their gameplay from the real pcb of this game (wish i can try it myself too haha). it really is great game that needs to have arcade perfect port/emulation (officially)

Crisis Zone now boots in MAME, only issue is that gun input is automatic (from attract mode?).

nice run! MAME had a huge progression for system 23 core (thanks moggle and others!) which means we are closer to able to play this game without needing expensive pcb setups/whole cab i wish bamco will try to release all of system 2x lightgun (3 in total i guess?) into 1 neat collection with the help from M2 do it for switch (joycon gyro movement as pointer) or for steam with support of lightgun!!!

this game looks so sick. Compared to the PS2 remaster, the impact of the bullets is way stronger here. It looks like the enemies are actually getting blasted instead of just being pushed by the bullets.

Its a shame this hasnt been ported without changing it. Its nearly a different game than the ps2 one, its a win either way but this feels more like the old Time Crisis this way

It s rare to see riot shield as cover . I only know 2 games if use it . This one and another one if show a world war 3 against armed skeleton

I had assumed the protagonist's respective voice actress sang the show's theme as its lyrics say in 1st person about the protagonist's mission to save the world. Maybe Jennifer Karr was gonna voice XJ9 before Janice Kawaye was. Is any of you thinking about the same thing as I am?

I used to play this game so much back in summer of 2003 near the hotel where my family was staying at. My favorite bosses are definitely Tiger and Edge. It was always so exhilarating facing off against them, especially Edge. What a cool game.
