I have a wonderful audio processing issue, meaning it is difficult for me to separate sounds and hear exactly what is being said. I often need people to repeat things so that my brain has time to process. Could I please trouble you to break down the mantra slowly?

I think you need long arms (like she has in the video) to do all the transitions between poses, and also the holding, properly. I don't have those so it's quite difficult for me lol
