Haha thanks Jeff for the shoutout 😊. I think you and I have similar flying habits. I also don’t use the neck pillow and use it as my back support and also don’t watch any movies or shows but use the moving map as my entertainment. On long haul flights I feel you, it’s a dilemma to choose between window or aisle. Aisle definitely for comfort but also must be hard to not be next to the window for the views and frustrating when the person at the window don’t open their window shade, they miss the great views outside especially on that climb out from SFO.

I would say the same thing about my trip to LAX, the meals were somewhat bland such as the coffee and the tea, however I did get ample rest during the flight, so overall it was an alright trip. And I’m glad that your trip went not as bad as I was expecting, and for your upcoming trip to Paris and spotting, hope to see the varsity of spots. Thanks for sharing this. I love the Long Beach airport. My grandparents lived 4 1/2 miles straight down Wardlow, and my dad worked for McDonald Douglas back in the the day. So LGB has always felt like “our airport”.

Who is the guy at the podium and cutting the cake wearing a white shirt, what appear to be blue jeans, and white tennis shoes? Doesn't he own a suit, or at least a coat and tie? Completely pathetic for an important event. But, then again, he is at the airport, so at least he isn't there to board his flight in pajamas and fuzzy slippers. Dumbed down and out of touch. Welcome to today's world yet agan.

It certainly brings back memories, and hopefully will look forward to visiting it in the futures.
