Have been looking into park homes for some time, I would like to know why he is saying you can get a mortgage for a park home when actually you can't, and as for getting any finance towards one is impossible, and even wildebeest will only offer up to 70% of the value of the house and you gave to find the other 30%, dosnt exactly make it affordable.

I do wonder why such luxury in bathrooms, yet in hindsight 2022 one has to do dirty laundry in the kitchen. A bit dragging behind the times don't you think? Why not incorporate a utility/laundry room?

2022 What I like New WP homes are that the kitchen and utility/laundry rooms are separate: more like a home should be. Open plan I feel are suited more for holiday homes where all are in the same room. I think you have the balance of design just right that makes them sparkle. I love them.

This lad is a multi millionaire and he had his hand down a drain, respect... However your staff are key, do not fall into the likes of brewdog and their toxic attitude towards staff, if the people you employ need them in the life of luxury... Don't neglect them.. No one in real life resents success :)

He needs to start maintaining the park homes he owns, we live at the side of one and they never sort any of the repairs. 1 resident had a sign up as he had waiting obverse 2 years to have a small fence repairs. The drains and water pipes across the park are constantly getting blocked and flood, they have been told they all need pipes replacing but even with their profits they won’t do it, constantly bodging it up for it to burst again. The road up to their parkhomes is full of huge potholes damaging cars and they do nothing, I could go on. No one who lives on their sites has a good word to say

My dream house... It’s a shame that I can’t afford it; I’d love to find pre-loved one for under £35,000... my daughter is wanting to buy one as a financial investment; she has said that I can live in it as long as I look after it for her; maintain it and pay for the ground rent and all the bills

Don't you have to vacate Park homes for 1month every year. Can't remember why but it's the biggest downer whenever I've considered a Park home. If you could get round that it'd be a great solution for the elderly & first time buyers.

Dear Sarah, that is true for some holiday parks. All our residential parks are like a house - you actually live in them for 365 days of the year and don't need to move out even for a day.

I love these type of homes but when you look inside some of them they are badly designed. Not only is the furniture badly placed and some bits too big for the room size but the floor plan could be better designed inside. Still lovely though.
