Cool man. I’m installing these today in my 2012 Si :)

Nice 👍 I say that they are worth it up until a cable snaps lol I had to change those out but hopefully I’ll have that video up soon
@colinreeson12436 күн бұрын
How did you get the panel off after removing the 2 screws? Are there any clips or brackets? Mine isn't letting loose
@RockTsProjects5 күн бұрын
Oh hey yeah they were just screwed on brackets, no clips
@romainewilliamssАй бұрын
Did you put the bushings on as well? Or just the short shifter
@RockTsProjectsАй бұрын
Hey so I installed acuity shift bushings in the transmission but not on the shifter end but to be honest my cable ended snapping so I’ll be putting out a video on installing new shift cables

I need some help! I’m stuck on the part where the Axels are being Worked on, so far this video has educated me. 🙏🏼😎Thanks to you my brother!
@RockTsProjects2 ай бұрын
hey I appreciate your comment and yes being new to this filming stuff I had a sucky recording when going over some things but when dealing with getting my axles out, after draining my transmission fluid I popped the axle on the left side out before taking down the knuckle and on the passenger side I had to remove the 3 bolts on the Intermediate shaft and then pry the axle from transmission (note: when removing the transmission it isn’t necessary to remove the axles from the knuckle)

@@RockTsProjects appreciate the feedback! Thank you boss, To be very honest This video has been very helpful and educational. Didn’t expect my civic to have some flywheel issues. 🤣
@RockTsProjectsАй бұрын
Well I appreciate you for tuning in and what was your flywheel, uneven heat damaged or messed up teeth?
@FACTS-ng8cbАй бұрын
@@RockTsProjects fly wheel has damaged teeth. i was using this method to start up the car every time the flywheel would land on the damaged area. Unfortunately this method stopped working. Causing me to stay stranded at times haha. I will continue to work on it this week

What was your initial issue? Excellent tutorial btw

So the panel had no functioning and wasn’t cutting on, I never tested any components on the panel itself, I just changed the panel and that fixed the problem

Dope vid🔥🔥🔥.I’m on swift spec r springs for my 9th gen. Thinking about getting some function and form coilovers soon. I’ve always heard decent reviews about the Godspeeds and the race lands. Btw, I got beats for you for your vids. Hmu🤙🏾

Man I appreciate it, I’ve just been trying to put some content out on my lil project journey with this car. Still working on making better videos and btw how do you like the swift spec r?
@oxyeekithebeatgod25012 ай бұрын
@@RockTsProjects I feel that. There kinda bouncy. But swift works with a couple coilovers companies so I can use these same springs on the coils I’m getting or just use the ones that come with the original coilovers and make adjustments. I can also convert them to bags if I want. Also I can send you a pack of beats for the free if you want, no problem. I support my people. I’d also suggest making and Instagram and linking your KZbin to it to monetize off it. I’m currently working with action clutch and trying to get on with acuity instruments as well.

There's a jack point under the car in the middle so the entire front end can jack up. It's a dimpled area under there
@RockTsProjects4 ай бұрын
Thx for that information. I looked up the jack lift points on that car and there is one in the front center and in the back center so what I’ve seen was that the one in the front center is to far back so depending on what jack someone is using it may not work for them but for a simple job like the oil change the sides with one jack stand would work just fine and again thx for that information I actually learned something new
