I got multiple tiny superglue stains on my mostly brand new cotton beige uniqlo pants. I had super old nail polish remover. Put some of the nail polish remover on cotton, then scrubbed with the soaked cotton ball, while feeling with the other hand till it got soft. As soon as it got soft, I put a lot, lot of water on it, and scrubbed again with a fresh cotton ball. It showed signs of the acetone fading the colour of the pants, so maybe I was lucky my pants were beige. This saved my favourite pants. About six hours had passed since I got the stains, and I was able to remove it. It was an unknown brand of superglue, although if I remember right, it was gel based. It is a bit tedious, both scrubbing steps taking about 30 seconds (for a light stain) to over a minute (for deep stains), but maybe it's worth it Do what you will of this information.
