Wonderful location but sooo outdated, definitely not worth the asking price as it would take a lot of money to update this property!

Thanks for your coments :) The location is priceless and if I could I would wake up to those views everyday but agree with updating it could be the best property in La Cala, walking distance to everything and cheaper that some apartments in someother areas on the beach :) -But of course not everyones budget.
