Register at Roland Garros official site. The ticket sales opened on March 13th, and usually they are sold out within the first 24 hours. If you haven't purchased the tickets yet, keep checking the official website for tickets somewhere around mid-April. Ticket re-sales open around that time, and some tickets will become available.

How are the ticket resells through Roland Garros? And is there any other way to purchase them on second hand market?

People will sell in the market, but they will sell for a very high price and not sure how trustworthy. The ticket resales happen on the official site, keep checking daily on their website and grab them as soon it is available. We got ours that way.
