Thank you, Dawn. That's very kind of you. I was teaching energy healing to my students in classes but now I no longer do that. My leadership mentoring has taken off. They get some energy healing training but only for personal use. Please let me know if I can be of any more help, Dawn.

This resonates a lot. I've made next to nothing doing energy healing. I've helped regenerate spinal discs, clear meningitis, concussion, speed up post surgery recovery and many other serious issues for free, and struggle to even get testimonials. I ended up giving up, although the thought of doing it again is almost a daily thing. Now I do it if asked, but it's rare. All my main healing was done as distance healing, usually while the client is asleep. The main issue was that people didn't believe it would work, so didn't even want to try. I trained in Reiki, Theta, Access Bars, Quantum Touch, Reconnective Healing, Shamanism and use them all as needed. Some techniques I use in the moment are not taught - they just pop up into my awareness in the process and have amazing results. If I could I would do this for a living. For the time being, I counsel people through their issues, talk people out of pain and mental psychological issues but have never put myself out there enough to make that full time thing. They get peace and I help in small ways. But to be able to derive a decent income and help heal on profound levels is where its at for me.

Is it ok to drink green tea's if you are suffering from anxiety with panic attack also?
@harunrabbani2 ай бұрын
Green tea contains an amino acid called theanine , which has been subject to increasing scrutiny because of its potential effects on mood disorders. Theanine has anti-anxiety and calming effects and may increase the production of serotonin and dopamine. I would take green tea in the mornings only and in moderation. Please do stay tuned to this channel as I’ll be talking about anxiety and panic attacks soon

Suggest us good dark chocolate which we can found in india easily
@harunrabbani3 ай бұрын
Great question but difficult to give you a specific answer because I won’t be able to try them out to test them. However, a few guidelines include: ✅ Aim for chocolate between 85% and 95% cacao ✅ Avoid milk chocolate or famous brand names as they rarely produce mainly for mass consumption ✅ Excellent dark chocolate does not taste too sweet. In fact, may even taste bitter ✅ Go for ones with low or no sugar BUT not anything with a sweetener ✅ Best sources of raw ingredients are from West African or south American countries Sorry I couldn’t be of more help. Perhaps if and when I come to India, I can do some experimentation and testing.
