Hey now I was at this show ! This show was when Garcia was recovering from a diabetic coma after the 7/7/1986 RFK show. It looked like they just plowed some earth in the middle of the desert and built a stage. There was an Indian blessing for Garcia prior to the start. Pyramid Lake is a Salt Water lake in the desert and your feet would sink in the mud while walking around it. Mickey Hart band, Kingfish with Weir and Robert Hunter and John Cippolina played with every band during the day. Weir didn’t play guitar due to a bicycle accident. It was a joyful day with a lot of energy focused on Garcia’s recovery. Peace ☮ from Hawaii 🎸🌋🌴🍄🏝🏄🏻‍♂🤙😎
