I don’t know what part they sent you but it looks like you just screwed it onto an isolation valve. Neither end of my adaptor fits any standard uK fittings (I’ve had this confirmed by three plumbers merchants). Customer services have offered me a £12 refund for around £55 of parts that I e had to source and I’ve still got a leaky joint. If you are from the Uk I’d a pay a little extra and buy from UK water filters, it will save you a headache

Very kind They have sent me a foreign adaptor, when I asked them why they didn’t send me the one featured in this video the admitted it’s “ because it’s out of stock”😢 The customer services is appalling, geekpureUK is clearly not a UK based company and it’s clear to to me than English is not their first language, such a shame

You are using it totally wrong. 1. The semi-transparent folding part needs to be inserted the other way around. 2. The metal bar needs to be inserted in either hole A or hole B (it was initially in hole A) - see instructions, the placement depends on your rotary hammer model. 3. Optionally, insert the depth stopper in the hole you put the metal bar in.
