So my question is that we know that time runs slowly for the person who travels inside the black hole but why does the effect is felt by the observers who is outside the hole. Because if I observe a person going inside a black hole I would observe that he’s taking hours or even years to go inside the black hole but for the person he’s just going in a minute or even seconds. I really don’t have any idea how does this work but the question arises time slows down for the object or person who goes inside the black hole so why does the observer feels the time dilation??
