You are a cool guy man! Teaching the community and all. Also great teacher energy, I‘m mainly play guitar but I respect every single instrument out there so I try to get my fingers on every instrument I see. Your lesson is very cool and structured, like that!

The one thing that is kind of the cherry on top on this one is how Lars tuned both bass and snare drums. The bass sounds kind of like a low pitched "thud-click" and the snare is like high pitched short "clicking" sound, sort of.

hii :) i'm a beginner drummer, i've been in private lessons and recently joined school of rock to play classic metal! they kind of just threw me into the program without much help and expect me to do great, this isn't ideal since i've got social anxiety so it's a bit dreadful to get lessons on something when im uncomfortable. im searching through youtube to hopefully find some songs i really like with step by step learning. i just wanted to say this is one of the first channels ive found and i love it! keep up the amazing work :)

Hi I would like to join ur live session but I'm almost deaf just 30% in the right ear. Just started playing the drums at 58 and now going to be 61 but I do know my 8 notes 16 notes and 32 not I know my paradiddles triplets. The hottest thing for me is to listen to others without amplifying the voices so it's difficult to do that on my phone when I watch your videos I'm just paying attention to your movements sometimes slowing it down but thank you for sharing

I lost my dad last summer, this was his favorite song to play on his drums (which have now been passed down to me) and this is the first place where it actually breaks it down for a newbie so well. I'm going to try and make dad proud. thanks
