If I have to pay 16.72 crores for a NY style apartment in Mumbai - I would rather migrate to NY and live in NY style apartment in NY itself - I can also get cheaper apartments than this one in Miami - Miami is better than Mumbai

Are those slums at 1:22 If those slums go the SRA way, there is the possibility of a few monster towers coming in place of the slums and blocking the temporary sea view. I have experienced this in the past.

Those slums are most likely not going to go under development anytime soon, especially to SRA mainly because of the FSI. Even if they do, these apartments offer sea views from several sides so we don’t think that is going to be a problem especially for the higher floors.

So basically in Byculla average property rates are 35K and the 45K being the maximum. If u even factor in the interior costs of 3K - 4K per sqft then still it shouldn't be priced above 40K per sqft. At 75K+ per sqft one would probably buy a flat/ penthouse in projects like Lodha Altamount nd not in byculla
