The score is so much better than the movie! Lorne Balfe killed it with this score. Best to just listen to the score and never watch the film.

This is brilliant. I'm glad we are finally getting most of his complete scores (I was amazed when the complete Thief of Hearts was announced--still my fave.) I came to Harold Faltermeyer because of my love of Moroder, primarily his film and his 70s disco work and I realized how integral a part Faltermeyer was to a lot of the best of that work (he might as well have gotten a co-producer credit on Donna Summer's Bad Girls album.) And I think as Moroder was becoming less interested in his work and doing less interesting work, Faltermeyer totally took on the mantle, at least for a decade or so (primarily soundtracks but also some amazing pop album production like Pet Shop Boys' Behaviour.)

By far one of my favorite TC movies to date. Love how you spliced the soundtrack together. Very well done! Hard to believe Hans Zimmer was disappointed with his work on this film. I think the music is spot on!

I was there in 2017. A wonderful concert. I really appreciate this recording, clearly not technically perfect, but it does recreate that evening and I'll happily listen and watch it often.

Una película que merecía una secuela, el fondo del tema muestra seres humanos con dones que tenemos no exactamente iguales, pero que no los despertamos. Muestra el yo soy que tenemos oculto. ¡Debemos despertar!

I'm gonna be fully honest now... I loved the movie when I was younger, it's still cool to watch, and I don't care for it's sense of creativity and lack of making bigger changes because it was never supposed to be canon and make you feel different for the spectacular cartoon... unlike the Star Wars Sequels that are represented as the new 'canon' that ruins the story many fans loved!

Shit !!, the first part with tha fast 5/8 time signature theme , is a perfection ! James Newton Howard is a really genious ! Then 6/8 , then 2/4 , 4/4 (2/2) . Etc !

Faltermeyer is one of the few synth gods. Amazing work, legendary atmospheres from The Running Man, Fletch, Axel F(…) One of the best composer from the 80’s. Eric Serra had also that similar distinctive sound and atmosphere. Thanks for the upload!

Went from Sweden with my wife to see James Newton Howard on our honeymoon 2017 in Royal Albert Hall. We absolutely loved it. The acoustics were absolutely amazing, and we still talk about this concert today. ++++
