USA has that self dispatch for co.drivers. never was on it.They ran me to their various accounts, dollar gen,family,dollar tree,and lastly their flicking HJ heinous account/kraft from Muscatine,IA to Freemont,OH Talk about a rip off with detention and lay over pay. sat 72 hours for hj heinous to load one trailer! Fought 4 weeks to get that pay as the FM was getting some award, out of the office, or was on vacation If you work a holiday as a co.driver and that holiday is on a weekend, you will not get that holiday pay. The escrow accounts they have are very atrocious, just look into how much they bend you over and profit from all these escrow accounts they drop your money into. Their name, their DOT/MC number,as ya said its a glorified company driver position . How much they charging you for their EDL/dispatch tablet per week? (a rip off) How much per week for the lytx camera garbage? (Another rip off) Best thing to do is be a company driver get on the self dispatch program, will make same money as company as you are now being an IC. And you are the first I heard anyone call waxahatchie-'wax' 🤣 reckon ya not from round these parts. Let me help ya 'walks' 🤠

Trippy I am in Joplin today. I was impressed that you were helping a company driver but than I lost it. As far as detention you were promised it so don't know why you kept having to check it. But than they say only one hour. I do think that out of all the companies the detention makes no sense. Really it starts after appointment time and should be two hours after. Than want the documents 24 hours of in and out. On owner ops that should start like you say once you get there. As far as load boards for company it is to blame the drivers and not have the planners at fault. The company drivers seem to like it. To me it makes no sense. And this is why the drop yards are filled with stuff with no seals or bills. All owner ops knew you pull the same freight as a company driver. You are I am sure paid differently though. On the drop and hook that happens so much. We send in the message but it messes up the computer. And I think it is they have to many drivers looking for emptys. I was at one place and they had a ton and some with none.

If you lease purchase again lease from a dealership not from a finance company a dealership doesn’t care what you do with the truck or where you take it just as long as the payments are being made I’m on a waitlist for my next truck and I’m going the dealership lease route I’m not turning in my SFI truck though
