With the gambler memory, you have to have the *perfect form perk* on for it to be 85% - 140% it doesnt just boost if your in a mode💀

U missunderstod, shifter dmg do not scale with ODM buffs from perks and artifacts anymore, instead its your base odm dmg + shifter perks/artifact

FYI GAMEBLER is Currently Broken so u only dealing 80-130% of ur base odm dmg all the time all perks talents and artifacts get canceled if u want proof do the math u should be dealing like 400kdmg +easily but cuz of gambler the only thing that gets scaled up is ur roar everything else gets scaled down🤔
