Just saw this for the first time today, I think it uses the same engine as DMO if im not mistaken? Looks so similar. This is sick. Ill definitely check it out. IS there a private server install somewhere?

Has the community managed to translate more of the main storyline? I played it years ago and only a small portion of it was actually playable in English

A lot of the main story is translated. I'm taking my time, so not all the way finished, though. That being said, side content is still mostly untouched.

I like the idea of the long dark, but the reason I stopped playing was because I could go out in the wilderness completely healthy and by picking up 3 little twigs to use as a fire it progressed 12 hours, and i was then dying of hypothermia lol... Did they ever fix this issue or let us choose to disable it?

I took a break from the game for a while after the dlc dropped, since it was so buggy. In that time, they ironed out most of the bugs, so it's a much better experience now. I never got that bug, though, so I can't say for sure.

The same thing happens to me, it just happens to me with the boxes that I want to destroy, for some reason and I don't know how to fix it, this game is good but it has many bugs wherever you see it.

Very true. That's the problem with finished games. They break after a few years. I had to verify files and re-download the mod to get it stable. Also, if you're in singleplayer, it helps to play in offline mode

Not gonna be easy, you get the sword for winning the game on apocalypse difficulty. So it's quite a slog. There's also a 1 handed version for nightmare, the Hero's Sword.

It's $25 on Steam. It's a pretty good game, though a heads up it's been having performance issues lately. Me and Danny plan to test it in a few days, so wait until then, and I'll letcha know

The ground for souls likes is pretty high, but the roof is pretty low. I wouldn't worry about difficulty, just find one you like to start off with. If you're worried about pvp, the seamless coop mod might make elden ring perfect for you. LMK if you ever need a hand!
