Forget bro. it's a personality problem. The no. 2 is not always true. So I shared my plan of building a startup with a good colleague of mine. Today, he's with me and helping with finances even though It's not much. I will always appreciate him even though we have our differences. I have left the company but we're still together

Yes, but that doesn't mean you have to make life difficult for yourself. Don't make life difficult for others, don't be confrontational. Be polite, respectful (professional?), check people out and then see what you get back. But the lone wolf thing, nobody likes scheming, false people. Take honest, factual criticism, grow and if you have to criticize someone, do it based on facts, politely. You don't have to make a fool of anyone if you criticize them. We're all in this together and of course everyone looks out for themselves when the going gets tough. Just don't be an asshole
